teachers' day 2006

yay! today's was a great day!

first of all. as i stepped inside the school. it started drizzling. so i stood at the side to wait cos i know they would go up to class soon. yeps. i'm right. :D so they streamed by and i waited till i saw carmen then we went up together. :)

mr toh loved his present that we gave him! :))

mrs goh came in super early. so we started on amaths. so poor thing yea? 4ea was so noisy laughing away. so after amaths, when she was about to leave the classroom, jesmin and i went to her our presents. then after we gave her, after she said "thank you", she said something shocking.

"can i have a hug?"

ohmygosh! then we were stunned. jesmin was way stunned. i recovered first. haha. and said "err. can." :D mrs goh hugs! best reaction i ever got from a teacher after recieving the present. :)

then bio. lessons again. then after that. as usual, we rushed forward to give our presents. no, mrs thomas didn't hug us. :P she just said "ohh! thank you."

then history. she just went through some stuff and then we're off to the hall to watch the concert.

this year's concert was really.. different. maybe cos it's my last year and i got a isty bitsy emotional at the end.

the concert's storyline was a little stupid. cos they were like mumbling away and you couldn't understand the story. and the 'actors' were smiling away when they were supposed to be angry. and the sound system was as bad as ever.

a student got up on stage and sang a song. i think it's dedicated to her form teacher lah. then halfway while singing, she got down and gave a rose and a card to her teacher. and her teacher was so touched and cried! well, if it's me i would too lar. :D

then the finale was super fun! the performers pulled the teachers on stage and then got the teachers to dance a little. and it was a fast number! then mr gan, our principal, got some cool grooves! LOL. mdm shah was really crazy! :D then at the end, i thought i would cry. cos it was really. i dunno. maybe cos it's my last year. and after this year, my safety blanket would be gone. and i won't see my classmates again.

but still, great celebration! :D
