friends

which one is better? 1. having loads of friends, or 2. having few but close ones?

to me, actually it is not the matter of having loads of friends, but the matter of having close friends, friends you can depend on.

i was brooding over this and thinking and thinking. actually, i love the people in my life right now. the friends i made in primary school - constance, li ting, jia min, hui hui etc ; in secondary school - chrise, shi wei, sylvia, novell, pei jing etc etc ; nyjc - OG13, 0704. they are enough already. and i'm thankful for them :)

good friends. i have plenty. close friends, maybe one or two. best friends, i have. but friends who will stick with me no matter what? i don't know. 'cause i haven't really reach the stage where i'm down and out yet. but maybe one day i will.
